Nettleden with Potten End Parish Council
Next Parish Council Meeting
The next parish council meeting will take place in Potten End Church Room at 7.00pm (note the earlier than usual time) on Thursday 8th December. After the meeting refreshments will be served and there will be an opportunity to meet informally with councillors. The agenda can be found here. Note that it includes a proposal to remove the 5-a-side football goal, together with its protective netting and fencing, on the Spencer Holland Recreation Ground following the threat of legal action against the parish council.
New Parish Clerk
Katrina Bond, our Parish Clerk, has decided to move on to pastures new from the end of July. We are delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Farrow as our new Parish Clerk. Continue reading “New Parish Clerk”

Dacorum’s Local Plan
Dacorum Borough Council has published its draft Local Plan for consultation.
The Parish Council has significant concerns with the proposals which include the potential for significantly more traffic coming through Potten End and building on significant quantities of Green Belt land. The Parish Council will object strongly to the proposed Plan and ask Dacorum to reconsider.
Anyone is able to input to the consultation and we encourage you to do so. The deadline for comments is 28th February 2021.
Further information can be found here.
